DODD provides an online training for providers needing their certification to begin work.  Follow the link and register on their site, and then check your inbox for further instruction. Providers must have 12 hours of continued education to maintain their certification. 

Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities provides Home and Community based services for children and Adults with developmental disabilities.

VA provides supportive medical services to help chronically ill or disabled eligible Veterans of any age remain in their home. These services are referred to as home health care and are considered extended care services prescribed by and under the direction of a VA physician.
